Wicklow, on Sunday 11th March is Therese Fahy. Fahy is considered one of Ireland's foremost pianists and has given many recitals worldwide including France, America and the UK. She is Director of Chamber Music and Professor of Piano at the Royal Irish Academy of Music and she gives masterclasses, lecture-recitals and seminars throughout Ireland. Her programme on the evening includes works by Mozart and Michael Holohan, and also, in tune with Fahy's special interest in French music, items by Debussy (Preludes, Book 1), and Chopin (Andante spianato and Grande Polonaise brillante in E flat.
